Email Designer (Ecommerce) for Agency

Hey there, I'm searching for a part-time (potential to move to full-time in the future) email designer to help with designing emails for our e-commerce clients. We're an Email & SMS Agency that works in Klaviyo. The main tasks will be designing email flows, email campaigns, and other design work that helps build visual emails. We need EXCELLENT designers only. Must be able to design emails from scratch in Figma. Must be able to craft up visuals with assets provided. Must be very creative and able to research competition to come up with your own designs.
