Email Designer

FULL-TIME EMAIL GRAPHIC DESIGNER (E-COMMERCE EMAIL MARKETING)

We are a fast-growing Email Marketing Agency working with multiple e-commerce brands and are looking for a full-time Email Graphic Designer to join our team.

More importantly than being the “best designer,” we are looking for a true team player who takes ownership, communicates well, and gets tasks completed on time.

You will be designing email graphics for e-commerce brands using copy and assets provided by our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum 1 year of email design experience
* Strong English communication
* Proficient in Figma and/or Canva
* Comfortable using Slack daily
* Able to work weekdays and occasionally weekends when needed
* Strong understanding of branding consistency
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design email graphics based on client branding and copy provided
2. Design approximately 3–6 emails per working day, depending on workload
3. Assist with flow setup designs for new clients
4. Communicate with the team consistently
5. Complete daily assigned tasks on time
6. Help maintain organized Figma files and reusable design systems

IMPORTANT:

* Most emails are modular and based on existing templates/systems
* Many designs are built from reusable sections and layouts
* We value speed, consistency, and reliability just as much as creativity

COMPENSATION:

* $400 USD/month base pay
* Performance bonuses available
