Email Customer Support Agent

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to handle email inquiries for our e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer emails in Swedish and Norwegian
• Handle a low volume of emails per day — currently a light workload, with the potential to grow over time (pay will increase accordingly)
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and on-brand tone in all communications
• Use AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to assist with translations, phrasing, and quality checks

Requirements:
• Comfortable using AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow
• Good judgment — able to review AI-generated responses and catch errors before sending
• Experience with e-commerce customer support is a plus
• Reliable internet connection, self-motivated, and consistent

This is a fully remote position open to candidates in the Philippines.
