Email & CRO Assistant

I run a growing Email Marketing & CRO agency and I’m looking for a sharp, proactive assistant to join the team. This is not your typical assistant role—I'm looking for someone who has real interest and foundational knowledge in email marketing and conversion optimization, and wants to grow into a more strategic role over time.

???? What You'll Be Doing (Initial Phase):
You'll start by supporting me directly with routine but essential tasks:

Reviewing email campaigns and making light edits to copy and design

Organizing campaign assets and reporting results

Helping manage and document CRO tests (ideas, execution, tracking)

General admin tasks (organizing files, scheduling, etc.)

Once you prove yourself, you’ll take on more responsibility like:

Writing email copy and giving creative direction

Proposing CRO strategies and test ideas

Managing client deliverables and helping with strategy

? You’re a Great Fit If:
You have some hands-on experience or strong knowledge of email marketing and CRO

You know what makes a good email (copy, design, structure) and can explain why

You’re familiar with tools like Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar ESPs

You understand basic CRO principles (A/B testing, landing page optimization, etc.)

You’re detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

You’re hungry to grow, learn fast, and take initiative
