We are looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant / Operator who can help build, manage, and scale these systems for both our company and our clients.

Core Responsibilities:

GoHighLevel and Systems

* Build and manage GoHighLevel accounts
* Set up pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations
* Create complete CRM systems for clients

Funnels and Automations

* Build landing pages and funnels
* Connect forms, calendars, and automations
* Create email and SMS nurture sequences

AI and Automation

* Assist with AI voice agents and chatbot setup
* Connect AI systems into workflows and booking pipelines
* Troubleshoot automation issues

Social Media and Lead Generation

* Manage posting across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
* Assist with DM automation and outreach
* Support lead generation efforts

Operations Support

* Assist with client onboarding
* Maintain and improve systems
* Identify automation opportunities and improvements

Requirements (Read Carefully):

This is a full-time, dedicated role. We are not looking for freelancers or part-time availability.

You must:

* Work exclusively with our company (no other clients or side work)
* Be available full-time and responsive during working hours
* Have strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Be comfortable speaking on Zoom with clients when needed
* Be proficient with:
* Google Docs
* Google Sheets
* Google Drive
* Zoom / Slack

* Have strong organization and documentation skills
* Be proactive and able to take initiative without constant direction
* Have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
* Understand funnels, automations, and CRM systems

Education Requirement:

* Bachelor’s degree required ( or equivalent to )

Bonus Qualifications (Strong Advantage):

* Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or voice agents
* Social media management and lead generation experience
* Experience working with U.S.-based clients
* Proficiency with Claude, including:
* Building custom workflows or “agents”
* Creating structured prompts for task automation
* Using AI to streamline operations, content, or client workflows
