• Manage conversations through DMs, text, and chat

• Build rapport and trust with prospects

• Ask thoughtful questions and uncover challenges

• Use voice notes, short videos, and occasional calls when appropriate

• Follow up consistently and professionally

• Guide qualified prospects toward booking appointments

• Keep conversations organized and progressing
