**Poura Photos** is a fast-growing luxury photography company based in Los Angeles, CA, USA.

We produce premium, timeless photography for couples, families, luxury real estate, headshots, jewelry brands, events, and commercial clients.

We are hiring **one world-class photo editor** to help define our editing style and grow with our team.

We are **NOT** looking for a basic editor.

We are looking for someone who can edit at a high level with consistency, speed, and exceptional attention to detail.

## What You'll Do

* Edit high-end photography for couples, families, luxury real estate, headshots, jewelry, products, and events
* Create clean, natural edits with beautiful color, lighting, and attention to detail
* Maintain our signature editing style across every gallery
* Perform culling, color correction, cropping, straightening, exposure adjustments, and light retouching
* Collaborate on creative direction and help refine our editing style
* Maintain strong, quick communication

## Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

* Elite-level editing ability
* Deep experience in Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop
* Strong knowledge of color correction, white balance, composition, retouching, and consistency
* Experience editing multiple photography genres
* Reliable internet with backup power & internet
* Strong communication — fast replies during your shift
* Flexible part-time schedule (hours can be adjusted based on your availability)
* Desire to grow long-term with a U.S. photography company
