Elite Email Designer — Fresh Talent Welcome

**The Role**

You will be the dedicated email designer for a premium e-commerce brand in the medical industry. You will be responsible for producing campaign emails and automated flow designs that are visually stunning, brand-consistent, and conversion-focused. Your work will represent the brand at the highest level and must reflect that standard in every deliverable.

This is a full-time, long-term position. We are not looking for someone to fill a seat. We are looking for a designer with raw talent, a sharp eye, and the drive to produce work that stands out — regardless of how long they have been doing it.

**Responsibilities**

- Design 4–5 campaign emails per week
- Design 2–3 automated flow emails per week
- Collaborate with the marketing director to receive briefs, implement feedback, and deliver polished final files on schedule
- Maintain strict brand consistency across all design output
- Work within established Figma workflows, utilizing AI design tools where applicable
- Meet all deadlines without exception

**Requirements**

- A strong, compelling portfolio — this is the only credential that matters; applications without portfolio samples will not be reviewed under any circumstances
- Experience level is open — we welcome junior and emerging designers who can demonstrate exceptional visual ability
- Proficiency in Figma and AI-assisted design tools
- Knowledge of how to use AI Design tools such as Claude Design to speed up iterative designs
- Strong understanding of email design best practices, including mobile responsiveness and rendering across clients
- A dedicated, stable, high-speed internet connection — this is non-negotiable
- Ability to work fixed hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (GMT+3), Sunday through Thursday
- Must be available to begin immediately
- Highly detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and able to execute under direction without hand-holding
