Elite Creative Strategist (Full-Time

We are looking for a REAL creative strategist with actual ecommerce experience.

We are not looking for beginners.
We are not looking for average workers.
We are looking for a real Creative Strategist who already worked with serious ecommerce brands and understands what it takes to scale aggressively.

You will work directly with the whole team :

* media buyers
* video editors
* graphic designers
* brand managers

Your job is basically to help us find and build winning ads across our brands.

What you will do:

* Research winning ads daily
* Find new content
* ⁠Native ads scripts
* ⁠video scripts
* Study competitors
* Build creative ideas
* Improve ad performance
* Help organize the creative workflow
* Work closely with the whole team

Requirements:

* Experience with ecommerce brands
* Must understand Facebook ads
* Must understand native ads & winning creatives
* Must know how to work with editors/designers
* Must be highly active on WhatsApp
* Must work fast
* Must think independently
