ElevenLabs Voice Operator + Video Editor (YouTube, Crypto Niche)

**About the Role**

Looking for someone who genuinely understands ElevenLabs as a craft, not just "I tried it once." Someone who has wrestled with stability and similarity settings, knows how to coax a natural read out of a synthetic voice, and can hear the difference between a serviceable voiceover and a great one.

The output is a YouTube channel that teaches AI tools applied to crypto trading. One finished video per weekday. Faceless, no camera, no live mic.

**Daily Work** (about 2 to 3 hours of focused effort)

* Take the rough script we send you and tighten it so it reads natural
* Generate the voiceover in ElevenLabs and tune settings until it sounds like a real person
* Screen record the visual component (TradingView, exchange platforms, AI tool demos)
* Combine the screen rec with the voiceover, deliver as raw mp4
* Upload to a shared Google Drive

**What Helps**

* **Hands-on ElevenLabs hours.** Please share examples in your reply.
* **Screen recording comfort** (OBS, ShareX, QuickTime)
* **Crypto trading basics.** You don't have to trade. You do need to read a chart.
* **Light AI tool comfort** (ChatGPT, Claude)
* **Clean written English.** The script polish has to sound human.

**Pay Structure**

* **Trial:** $20 to $30 per video for the first 2 videos. Paid on delivery whether or not we move forward.
* **Full-time:** ?35,000 to ?50,000 per month after the trial passes.
* 30-day raise to ?40,000 to ?55,000 for the right voice operator.
