JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Elementor WordPress developer to join our team for a long-term collaboration.

You will work on both rebuilding existing custom-coded websites into Elementor, as well as building completely new websites from scratch. The goal is not just to recreate designs, but to improve websites from a conversion and user experience perspective.

You will be our first international tea ---------- mber, and we want to build a strong, long-term relationship where we grow together.

What you will do

You will be responsible for:

Rebuilding websites from custom code into WordPress (Elementor)
Building new websites from Figma designs or concepts
Translating designs into clean, scalable Elementor structures
Improving UX and conversion rates during builds
Setting up reusable sections, templates, and global styles
Helping us standardize our processes over time

We are also planning to build a Skool community to document and improve our workflows, and we would love your input in this.

What we are looking for

Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor
Experience with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) is required
Ability to work with Figma designs is a big plus, and it would be great if you can also create or adjust designs yourself
Good understanding of UX, structure, and conversion optimization
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Good English communication
Reliable and proactive

How we work

We work with Slack for communication and believe in clear, structured workflows.

We care a lot about clean and consistent builds. This means:

Consistent spacing across the entire website
Proper use of padding and margins
Reusable elements and scalable structure
No messy or random layouts

We want to build websites that are easy to maintain and improve over time.

What we want to avoid

We are specifically looking for someone who avoids:

Inconsistent spacing and messy padding
No clear structure in Elementor
Slow or poorly optimized websites
Bad mobile responsiveness
Copy-paste work without thinking

Application instructions (important)

To apply, please include:

Your portfolio with Elementor websites
A short Loom or video where you:
Show the backend of a website you built in Elementor
Explain how you structure sections, spacing, and styles
A short explanation of how you approach building a clean and consistent website

What we offer

Long-term collaboration
Flexible working hours
Opportunity to grow together as a team
Involvement in improving processes and workflows
