JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for someone with experience in:

Elementor (WordPress)
SEO implementation, tracking and reporting
Schema markup
GoHighLevel website builder and funnels

You must be able to work during business hours CST and show your progress

This is not a “click buttons and wait for instructions” role.
This is a project-ownership role where you are expected to see what needs to be done, propose solutions, and execute with precision.

If you think like a website operator, not a page builder, keep reading.

What You Will Own

You will help build and maintain high-performance websites that act as sales, booking, and lead-generation systems, not just online brochures.

Your responsibilities will include:
Building, maintaining and optimizing websites in Elementor and GoHighLevel
Implementing on-page SEO correctly (H1–H3 structure, internal linking, meta data, image alt text, page speed considerations)
Adding and validating schema markup (FAQ, Local Business, Product, Review, Event, Article, etc.)
Connecting forms, calendars, chat, and AI widgets inside GoHighLevel

Auditing websites for:
SEO errors
UX friction
Conversion gaps
Proposing improvements instead of waiting for instructions

We Are Looking For Someone Who Knows More Than the Basics

You should already understand things like:
Why schema improves AI search and Google visibility
How Elementor structure affects SEO and page load speed
How GoHighLevel pages differ from WordPress in tracking and automation
Why internal linking matters
How to structure a page so Google and AI understand it

This role is not about design alone.
It is about visibility, automation, and performance.

Project Leadership Matters Here
This role requires someone who understands the difference between:
Task execution
vs
Project ownership

A task-based VA waits for instructions.
A project-based VA asks:
What is the goal?
What is missing?
What will break if we do not fix this?

You should be able to:
Review a site and say what is wrong
Suggest improvements
Prioritize what matters
Then implement

How to Apply (This Is Required)
Instead of sending a resume, you must submit a short, unscripted Loom video (3 to 7 minutes) showing:
A website you personally built or optimized
Elementor or GoHighLevel
Show the backend and the live site

Walk through:
Where you implemented SEO
Where you added or checked schema
How the site connects to leads, forms, or automation

Explain:
One project you led
What problem it had
What you changed
What results it produced

**Do not read a script.
I want to see how you think.

What “Proof of Concept” Means Here

I am not hiring based on promises.
I am hiring based on what you have already built.

Your Loom should demonstrate:
You know what schema is and how to implement it
You know how to structure pages for SEO
You know how GoHighLevel websites function
You can explain decisions, not just clicks

This Role Is a Long-Term Opportunity and a full time position
