Electrical or mechanical engineer

I am looking for an electrical or mechanical engineer to build a prototype. Degree and qualifications not strictly required but the device is expected to work. Education in the field an asset.
The prototype consist of the following:
1. A box.
2. Inside the box are three sets of generators connected to each other via a weight. The sets are attached via screws or other means to the box and arranged on the three spacial axis.
3. The power from these generators is inverted to DC current and sent to a meter that records the amount of energy generated.
4. The box must be light enough and small enough to send through the mail to Canada.
The idea is that this device will capture energy from movement much like an automatic watch does. Upon completion the device will be mailed to an address in Canada and one time payment will be made.
