Educational Printable Content Creator

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Educational Printable Creator to research, design, and produce a variety of educational printable materials on an ongoing basis.

This role is suitable for someone with a background in education who also has strong visual design skills and can work independently. You will be responsible for researching topics, creating structured educational content, and turning it into clean, print-ready documents.

This is a long-term role for the right person.

Responsibilities
• Research educational topics and learning objectives
• Create clear, age-appropriate educational content
• Design printable worksheets, guides, and learning materials
• Use design templates to maintain consistent formatting
• Deliver multiple printable documents each week
• Work independently and meet weekly deadlines

Required Experience & Skills
• Background or experience in an educational environment (teaching, curriculum, learning support, instructional design, or similar)
• Strong understanding of how educational content is structured
• Proficiency with Canva (or similar design tools)
• Ability to create print-ready PDFs
• Comfortable researching topics and turning them into practical learning materials
• Good written English and attention to detail

Working Style
• Able to work 25–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Self-managed with minimal supervision
• Comfortable following guidelines and templates
• Consistent, reliable, and deadline-focused

Nice to Have
• Experience creating educational printables or worksheets
• Familiarity with early learning or structured learning environments
• Experience working on long-term content projects
