Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and proactive Editor & Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw video content into highly engaging, platform-specific social media posts. You will manage the entire content pipeline from ideation and scripting to editing and final posting across our key social channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

If you have a strong eye for storytelling, a deep understanding of social media algorithms, and technical proficiency in professional video editing software, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities


Content Repurposing: Take long-form or raw video content provided by our team and repurpose it into engaging short-form content tailored for Instagram (Reels), Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.


Ideation & Strategy: Brainstorm creative angles, hooks, and formats to maximize viewer retention and engagement on each specific platform.


Scripting: Write compelling scripts, captions, and on-screen text that align with our brand voice and capture the audience's attention.


Video Editing: Perform high-quality video editing, including color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and captioning, to produce polished and professional content.


Social Media Management: Schedule and post the finalized videos directly to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring optimal posting times and proper use of hashtags and trends.

Requirements & Qualifications


Editing Software: Must be highly proficient in either Adobe After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.


Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing and growing accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Deep understanding of the unique culture, trends, and algorithms of each platform.


Creative Skills: Strong storytelling ability with a knack for identifying the most engaging parts of a video.


Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a consistent posting schedule.


Communication: Excellent written English skills for scripting and caption writing.

Compensation & Benefits


Starting Pay: $4.00 per hour.


Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses available based on content performance, account growth, and hitting key metrics.
