We create a large amount of content every month, including:

Meta Static Ads
UGC videos
Product videos
Customer testimonials
Lifestyle footage
Product demonstrations
Behind-the-scenes content

We are looking for a talented Video Ad Editor who can turn raw footage into high-converting ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok. Extra points if you are able to also create high performing meta static ads.

Your Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video ads for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Create engaging hooks within the first 3 seconds
- Add sound effects, transitions and motion graphics that improve watch time and conversions
- Use text overlays and visual storytelling techniques
- Create multiple ad variations from the same footage
- Follow creative briefs and marketing concepts
- Organize project files professionally
- Deliver videos on time

Required Skills
- Strong video editing skills
- Experience editing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Good understanding of direct response marketing
- Ability to create videos that sell, not just look good
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of hooks, retention and conversion-focused editing
- Ability to work independently

Bonus Skills
- Experience creating AI-assisted content

We start with $4,50/hour but will pay more based on a bonus system. Your content performs? You'll get paid more.
