Ecommerce Virtual Assistant (Vendoo Listings + Amazon Influencer Content Editing)

???? ABOUT THE ROLE

A Growing e-commerce resale and digital content business looking for a reliable long-term Virtual Assistant to help with product listings and short-form video content.

This is a structured, systems-based role where you will follow clear workflows and SOPs. No guessing or unstructured work.

You will support:

E-commerce product listings (Vendoo)
Product research using photos
Short-form video editing for social media content

We are looking for someone detail-oriented, consistent, and able to follow instructions carefully.

???? RESPONSIBILITIES
E-commerce Listings (Vendoo)
Create listings using product photos
Research sold comps for accurate pricing
Write SEO-friendly titles and descriptions
Fill in item specifics accurately
Save listings as drafts only (do not publish without approval)
Content Editing
Edit short-form videos for TikTok / Instagram Reels
Add captions, hooks, and text overlays
Trim and repurpose longer videos into short clips
Ensure videos are clean, engaging, and easy to watch
General Tasks
Organize files in Google Drive
Follow structured SOPs and workflows
Attend weekly check-in meetings

Skills & Experience
Strong written English communication skills
Experience with product listing, data entry, or similar detail work
Ability to follow structured instructions (SOPs)
Basic Google Drive and Google Sheets knowledge
Technical Skills
Basic photo/video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
Ability to organize digital files clearly
Work Style
Highly detail-oriented and accurate
Reliable and responsive communicator
Able to work independently without supervision
Willing to ask questions instead of guessing
Technical Requirements
Stable internet connection (speed test required)
Reliable computer or laptop
Quiet working environment preferred
Availability
10–20 hours per week
