That’s why we’re looking for a next-gen Video Editor who understands DTC performance and knows how to turn AI tools into high-converting ads, not gimmicks.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for editing and producing high-performing DTC video ads, with a strong focus on AI-generated content.
This is not a traditional editing role.
You will:
• Turn ideas, hooks, and concepts into scroll-stopping ads
• Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and accelerate production
• Help us build a repeatable system for AI ad creation that actually converts
You’ll work closely with:
• Creative Strategists
• Media Buyers
• Founders
To ship ads fast, test aggressively, and scale what works.
AI Is Core to This Role
You should be hands-on and opinionated about AI.
We expect experience with tools like:
• HeyGen
• Claude
• Gemini
• Nano Banana
• (Bonus: Runway, Pika, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, etc.)
You don’t just “use” AI — you:
• Prompt with intent
• Shape narratives
• Spot what feels fake vs. native
• Make AI ads feel human, emotional, and real
What You’ll Do
• Edit and produce DTC video ads (short-form, performance-first)
• Create AI-driven ad variations at speed
• Develop narrative-driven AI ads (not soulless visuals)
• Collaborate on hooks, angles, and concepts
• Iterate based on performance data
• Continuously improve our AI ad workflows
Who We’re Looking For

• Have proven DTC ad editing experience
• Understand what makes ads convert, not just look good
• Are excited about AI and already using it daily
• Think creatively, not mechanically
• Move fast, test fast, learn fast
• Care about quality, detail, and performance
