Job Title: E-commerce Virtual Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual E-commerce Assistant to support our
online retail operations on Amazon and Walmart. The ideal candidate will possess critical
thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong sense of initiative. You will be
responsible for product sourcing, customer service, inventory management, and data entry. This
role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently while being an integral
part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Product Sourcing: Identify profitable products for resale on Amazon and Walmart,
focusing on arbitrage and private label opportunities in the kitchen, health, and
outdoors categories.
• Customer Service: Manage customer inquiries, returns, and feedback on Amazon and
Walmart.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, prepare shipments, and ensure SKU and
FBA label accuracy.
• Data Entry: Enter purchase orders and update information accurately in accounting
software.
• Repricing and Market Analysis: Monitor product pricing and adjust as necessary to
remain competitive.
• Process Improvement: Continuously optimize workflows and procedures to enhance
efficiency.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear records of activities and provide regular
updates to the management team.
• Listing items on Amazon and Walmart
Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience with Amazon and Walmart marketplace management is
preferred.

• Skills:
o Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
o Proficiency in data entry and basic accounting software.
o Familiarity with repricing tools and product sourcing strategies.
• Tech Requirements: Stable internet connection and proficiency with online tools and
spreadsheets.
• Availability: Flexible working hours, with the ability to adapt to different time zones if
needed.
• Proficient in listings items on Walmart and Amazon
