Ecommerce Shopify VA

What this role is

I run several ecommerce brands and need one reliable generalist to handle day-to-day operations. Some days that's small edits on a Shopify store, other days it's sourcing B-roll, light video editing, or organizing Notion and Google Sheets.

This is a long-term role with room to grow, and you'll get exposure to a lot of the systems and strategy behind how these brands are run — not just a task list.

What you'll do


Small changes/updates to Shopify stores
Source content from the internet for B-roll
Light video editing
Organize Notion and Google Sheets
Fill out and clean up databases
General research tasks
+more


Must-haves


Real Shopify experience and an understanding of ecommerce
Comfortable with Google Sheets and Notion
Some video editing ability
Perfect English
Full-time availability
