About the role
We run a multi-store Shopify ecommerce business (fashion and home & deco). We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to support our supply chain and back-office operations. Almost everything is documented in clear SOPs, so accuracy and consistency matter more than guesswork. You will work closely with the owner and free up our CS team to focus on tickets.
What you'll do
Supply chain support (main focus):
Monitor Parcel Panel and the tracking sheets daily
Check that the supplier is sending order updates, and flag anything missing or delayed
Keep the relevant sheets up to date
Data & admin:
Fill in backend sheets and the chargeback databases accurately
Gather chargeback evidence (screenshots, order confirmations, tracking, proof of delivery) and prepare cases so they are ready to submit
General data entry and order data collection
Frontend tasks:
Open issues: when a product page is wrong (for example an out-of-stock size still listed), fix or flag it
Add first-order fashion products to the quote sheet
Who you are
Customer service background (ecommerce preferred)
Supply chain / order fulfillment experience
Comfortable with Google Sheets, Shopify and Slack (Gorgias and Parcel Panel a bonus)
Very detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs exactly
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Good written English
Hours
6:00 to 10:00 (Netherlands / CET time), 5 days per week
Starting around 4 hours per day, with room to grow as you take on more
