# Ecommerce Operations Systems Specialist

We are a fast-growing ecommerce alcohol company looking for a HIGH-LEVEL operations specialist to help fix, rebuild, and optimize our inventory and fulfillment systems.

We are NOT looking for a basic virtual assistant.

We need someone experienced in ecommerce operations who can step in, identify weaknesses, build systems, improve workflows, reduce mistakes, and help professionalize our operations.

Our business has grown quickly and our current systems need stronger operational structure.

This role requires someone who is:
- highly organized
- process-driven
- operationally experienced
- proactive
- detail-oriented
- confident taking ownership

You will work directly with ownership and management to improve and rebuild workflows across:
- Shopify
- ShipStation
- inventory management
- fulfillment operations
- partner marketplace order flows

Some inventory processes are currently manual, and we need someone capable of helping architect a cleaner and more scalable operational system.

## What You’ll Be Doing
- Auditing our current workflows and identifying weaknesses
- Improving inventory management systems
- Implementing better operational processes
- Helping build inventory reconciliation workflows
- Creating SOPs and operational documentation
- Improving organization and visibility across operations
- Helping reduce operational mistakes and bottlenecks
- Assisting in implementing apps/tools to improve efficiency

## Required Experience
- Shopify
- Ecommerce operations
- Inventory management
- Fulfillment workflows
- Process improvement / systems thinking

## Strong Bonus Experience
- ShipStation
- Inventory forecasting
