JOB OVERVIEW

Ecommerce Operations
-Manage product setup, launches, and catalog maintenance within Shopify, including seasonal launches of 500–1,000 products.
-Conduct site QA and ensure product information, collections, and customer-facing experiences are accurate and functioning properly.
-Support ongoing site maintenance and troubleshoot merchandising, catalog, and navigation issues.

Site Merchandising
-Merchandise collection pages to optimize product discovery, conversion, and the overall customer experience.
-Manage product organization, collections, sorting, and featured assortments across the site.
-Partner with Marketing to execute seasonal launches, campaigns, and promotional merchandising strategies.

Navigation & Customer Experience
-Own site navigation, menus, and taxonomy to ensure customers can easily find and shop products.
-Monitor and improve how products are surfaced throughout the site, recommending enhancements to navigation and discovery.

Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Develop and maintain SOPs and scalable workflows for product launches, merchandising, and site operations.
-Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and strengthen ecommerce processes.
-Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to support launches and ensure a -seamless customer experience.

Success in This Role
-Product launches are executed accurately and on schedule.
-The site remains organized, merchandised, and easy to shop.
-Navigation and collections support strong product discovery.
-Ecommerce processes are documented, scalable, and continuously improving.
-Marketing campaigns and seasonal launches are reflected seamlessly across the site.
