Ecommerce Operations Manager (Shopify + AI Systems)

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Ecommerce Operations Manager to help run and improve our growing ecommerce business.

This role involves supplier coordination, inventory operations, Shopify management, reporting, systems building, and operational optimization.

We are looking for someone experienced, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, spreadsheets, and automation tools to improve workflows and efficiency.

This is a long-term role with room for growth as the company scales.

Responsibilities
- Manage supplier communication and Alibaba orders
- Track inventory, reorder timing, and incoming shipments
- Build and maintain operational trackers and spreadsheets
- Upload and organize products in Shopify
- Create SOPs and improve operational systems
- Use AI tools to assist with reporting, forecasting, documentation, and workflow optimization
- Research suppliers, products, pricing, and lead times
- Help organize customer service systems and escalation tracking
- Assist with wholesale outreach organization and pipeline tracking
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions proactively

Compensation

$7-$12 USD/hour depending on experience and skill level.

Performance-based raises available for strong performance and long-term growth.
