Ecommerce Operations Assistant / Right-Hand Manager - Long Term Role

I’m looking for a long-term ecommerce right hand to help me build, manage, and grow online stores and ecommerce projects.

This is not a simple VA role. I need someone who is smart, reliable, organized, and willing to learn many different parts of ecommerce. You do not need to be an expert in everything. If you already know some of these things, that is a big plus. If you don’t, I will teach you.

The most important qualities are: fast learner, honest, detail-oriented, proactive, good with tools, and able to figure things out.

Tasks May Include:
Creating websites and stores using tools like Claude, Wix, Shopify, or other platforms
Setting up and managing Wix ecommerce stores
Adding custom code to stores when needed
Basic VPS/server setup and coordination
Setting up tools like AdsPower
Helping with Facebook Business Manager, ad accounts, pixels, pages, and campaigns
Helping with Google Ads setup and research
Product and market research
Competitor research
Writing product descriptions and store content
Testing websites and fixing small issues
Managing ecommerce tasks, checklists, and follow-ups
Learning new tools and documenting processes
Helping me manage projects from idea to launch

You Are a Good Fit If You:
Are very organized and detail-oriented
Can learn new software quickly
Are comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
Can follow tutorials and SOPs
Can communicate clearly in English
Are proactive and ask good questions
Are comfortable with technical tasks, even if you are still learning
Want a long-term role and want to grow into a manager/right-hand position

Experience That Is a Plus:
Wix, Shopify, WooCommerce, or ecommerce store building

Facebook Ads / Meta Business Manager
Google Ads
VPS, domains, DNS, hosting, Cloudflare
AdsPower or browser profile tools
HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics
Market research
Project management
Ecommerce dropshipping or DTC brands

Important:
You do not need to know everything already. I care more about your attitude, reliability, and ability to learn. I will provide training, examples, and instructions.

Work Schedule:
Full-time preferred. Some overlap with my timezone is required. Please mention your availability in your application.
