We are looking for a results-driven Omnichannel Specialist to optimize digital product pages across DTC platforms, retail e-commerce sites (e.g., Chewy), and online marketplaces (e.g., Target.com). Ideal candidates have expertise in digital merchandising, sales strategies, and consumer goods, particularly in the pet industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Channel Management:
> Maximize sales across DTC platforms, retail e-commerce sites, and marketplaces (e.g., Chewy, Walmart, Target).
> Enhance product visibility and ranking using SEO and other optimization techniques.
> Monitor and manage product reviews, launching review programs to strengthen social proof.

Cross-Channel Coordination:
> Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to align campaigns and product launches.
> Ensure consistent branding and strategy across all channels.

Content Management:
> Oversee product listings, including copy, assets, and backend optimizations.
> Ensure compliance with channel-specific guidelines.

Performance Analysis:
> Track and analyze sales performance, visibility, keyword indexing, and ROI using analytics tools.
> Present insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
> 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in consumer goods or the pet industry.
> Proficient in marketplace strategies, e-commerce operations, and SEO.
> Experience managing Amazon catalogs is a plus.
> Skilled in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) and Excel.
> Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking abilities.
