The role
Part-time ecommerce operations role with two sides.
Client operations: Day-to-day ecommerce operations. Performance monitoring across META and Google, proactive flagging of issues and opportunities, operational follow-up across platforms, briefing notes for strategic meetings, etc.
New venture support: Early-stage DTC brand. Work evolves with the business — market and competitor research, supplier tracking, regulatory research, brand reference collection, operational setup. You look at where the business is and figure out what it needs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years hands-on ecommerce experience, in-house or agency
- Extensive Shopify experience — this is a must
- Deep working knowledge of META Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager
- Strong analytical instincts — you read data and form your own conclusions
- Excellent English, written and spoken
- Works independently, manages own priorities, does not need a task list to be productive
- Coding background or experience — nice to have
