Responsibilities:

E-commerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for e-commerce. Focus on driving traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing sales across all digital channels.

Campaign Management: Execute and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including paid search (PPC), email marketing, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. Ensure campaigns are optimized for performance and ROI.

SEO & SEM: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies. Conducted keyword research, optimized product listings, managed PPC campaigns, and ensured high visibility in search engine results.

Content Management: Create and manage high-quality content for e-commerce platforms, including product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional materials. Ensure content is engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand messaging.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on e-commerce marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or similar platforms. Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and drive growth.

Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently, allocating resources to the most effective channels and strategies. Track expenditures and measure the return on investment for various campaigns.

Technology & Tools: Utilize e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools to enhance marketing efforts and streamline processes.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all channels, including website traffic, conversions, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI). Prepare and present insightful reports to stakeholders.

Stay Up-to-Date on E-commerce Trends: Continuously research and implement new strategies, technologies, and best practices to optimize e-commerce marketing efforts


Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving online sales and brand growth

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website analytics, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing.

Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).

Experience in Google Analytics tools such as (Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center), Facebook tools (Facebook Business Suite), and other related tools.

Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Demonstrates dedication, work ethics, and teamwork attitude


Bonus points:

Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Experience with content creation (e.g., writing, video editing).

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
