Roles and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Assistant at MySweetSmile, you will:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-tier support via
- Engage with Our Online Community: Interact with our community across platforms like
- Manage Replacements and Reimbursements: Handle customer replacements and manage Amazon reimbursements efficiently.
- Utilise Customer Service Tools: Use tools like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Zendesk, and Meta Business Suite effectively.
- Develop and Improve Systems: Participate in creating and refining customer service systems to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications Needed
- Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- E-commerce Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce customer service, using tools such as Shopify, - - Amazon Seller Central, Zendesk, and Notion.
- System Development Skills: Ability to develop and improve customer service processes.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong teamwork and communication skills, especially via Slack.
- Adaptability: Proactive, flexible, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing company.
