Ebay Store & Eccommerce Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & eBay Store Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about online retail, with a keen eye for product trends and an interest in scaling online stores.

You will play a key part in our dropshipping operations by managing product listings, optimizing our eBay presence, and supporting the growth of our wider e-commerce business. If store is scaled succesfully bonuses can be applicable down the line as well.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and optimize product listings on eBay (titles, descriptions, images, SEO keywords, pricing).

Research trending and profitable products for dropshipping opportunities.

Monitor stock levels and supplier updates to ensure product accuracy.

Support with store scaling strategies (new product categories, seasonal promotions, competitor analysis).

Assist in customization of online stores (layout, branding tweaks, product collections).

Track sales performance and suggest improvements for conversion and profitability.

Provide general support across day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with eBay selling or other e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, etc.) preferred but not essential.

English Language spoken and written preffered.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Understanding of dropshipping models and product research tools.

Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing,

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
