What You’ll Be Doing:
-Coordinate onboarding, reminders, and checklists to set members up for success.
-Manage support inboxes and calendar tasks to keep things running smoothly.
-Keep Upgrade to see actual info clean and organized while welcoming new members and posting announcements.
-Support Zoom sessions—from opening rooms to uploading recordings and resources.
-Track key data and assist with community engagement, feedback gathering, and updates.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
-Strong organizational and communication skills, with a knack for admin work.
-1+ year experience in customer service, project coordination, or VA roles.
-A can-do attitude, curiosity, and a heart for helping others succeed.
-Comfortable working remotely, independently, and across time zones.

Tech Requirements:
-Reliable internet (at least 10 Mbps, with backup).
-PC with Intel i5 (or equivalent) and minimum 8GB RAM.
