ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Accurate skip tracer for commercial real estate properties
Proficient at excel, including writing a macro script.
Great at finding new property addresses on google maps
Accurate skip tracing (90?curacy)
Excellent at finding individual owners behind the LLC (or entity) by researching the Secretary of State


PLUS:
Familiar with Lexis Nexus, TLO, and Launch Control, Truepoplesearch.
Profcient at usingFacebook groups to find mobile home park wholesalers
Knolwedgable wiith CRMs
