We are hiring a serious, experienced Senior Call Handler to join our head office support team.
This role is for someone confident, professional, and experienced in making outbound B2B sales calls to business clients. You will be contacting business leads, speaking with decision-makers, introducing our company services, qualifying interest, booking follow-up calls, and updating CRM records accurately.
This is not a casual VA role. We need someone mature, reliable, confident on the phone, and able to represent a professional payment handling and business support company.
You must be comfortable calling business owners, managers, directors, finance teams, and office decision-makers.

Main Responsibilities:
Make outbound B2B sales calls to business leads
Speak professionally with decision-makers
Introduce company services clearly and confidently
Ask qualifying questions to understand client needs
Book interested leads for follow-up calls
Send short follow-up emails after calls
Update CRM records after every call
Track call outcomes and follow-up dates
Handle objections professionally
Report daily call activity to management
Work independently without constant supervision

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ outbound sales, B2B calling, appointment setting, or call handling experience
Experience must be recent, ideally between 2023–2026
Strong spoken English is required
Strong written English is required
Confident speaking to business clients
CRM experience is required
Must have a laptop or desktop computer
Must have stable internet
Must have a working headset
Must have a quiet workspace for professional calls
Must be available full-time, Monday to Friday
Must be punctual, reliable, and serious about work
Must not have another job that affects working hours
You are NOT suitable for this role if:
You are shy on the phone
You cannot make outbound calls confidently
You have poor internet or no headset
You cannot work full-time
You need constant supervision
You do not have sales or call handling experience
You cannot update CRM notes properly
You are applying for casual admin work only

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal person has previous experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, lead generation, finance-related calls, business services, collections support, or professional client outreach.
You should be confident, organised, disciplined, and able to handle rejection professionally.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1-hour unpaid lunch break

Pay:
Starting rate: $3–$5 per hour depending on experience and performance.
