You must be able to run the majority of the operation independently from start to finish.

? REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY — DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT ALL OF THIS):
1. Locating & Pulling Surplus Funds Lists

Must already know how to obtain excess funds lists from multiple States & Counties

Understanding of how to organize, sort, and prioritize leads

Experience using court portals, county trustee sites, auction sites, and State surplus databases

2. Skip Tracing & Heir Research

Professional-level skip tracing skills

Ability to verify identity, locate heirs, and identify claimants

Must know which skip tracing software you prefer and why

3. Forms, Documents & Filing Requirements

Must already know all standard forms, including:

Assignment documents

Attorney forms

Claim packets

Affidavits

Agreements

Notary-required documentation

You must know the correct legal process for submitting claims depending on the county/state

Must know how to track, file, and follow up with court/treasurer offices

4. Client Contact & Closing

Must speak clear, understandable English

Must be comfortable calling claimants, explaining the process, and closing deals

Must know how to coordinate a mobile notary for signatures

Must understand how to walk clients through paperwork confidently

5. Full Operations Knowledge

You must already be able to handle:

Lead selection

Outreach

Paperwork

Recording & submission

Follow-up tracking

Communication with government offices

Ensuring all files are complete

Ensuring fast & compliant payout processing
