EXPERIENCED SURPLUS FUNDS / EXCESS PROCEEDS PROFESSIONAL

We are hiring highly experienced professionals who already understands every step of the surplus funds and excess proceeds recovery business.
No beginners. No training provided. Only apply if you have years of proven, hands-on experience.

You must be able to run the majority of the operation independently from start to finish.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY — DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU MEET ALL CRITERIA):

1. Locating & Pulling Surplus Funds Lists
• Must already know how to obtain excess funds lists from multiple states and counties
• Understanding of how to organize, sort, and prioritize leads
• Experience with court portals, county trustee sites, auction sites, and state surplus databases

2. Skip Tracing & Heir Research
• Professional-level skip tracing experience
• Ability to verify identity, locate heirs, and confirm claimants
• Must already know which skip tracing software you use and why

3. Forms, Documents & Filing Requirements
• Must already understand all standard documents used in this field, including:
– Assignment forms
– Attorney forms
– Claim packets
– Affidavits
– Agreements
– Notary-required documents
• Must know the proper legal submission process for each county/state
• Must know how to track, file, and follow up with court and treasurer offices

4. Client Contact & Closing
• Must speak clear, professional English
• Must be comfortable calling claimants, explaining the process, and closing deals
• Must know how to schedule and coordinate mobile notary services
• Must be confident guiding clients through paperwork

5. Full Operations Knowledge
You must already be able to handle:
• Lead selection
• Outreach
• Paperwork preparation
• Recording and submission
• Follow-up and tracking
• Communication with government offices
• Ensuring files are complete
• Ensuring fast and compliant payout processing

SOFTWARE & TOOLS REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must list:
• Which skip tracing tools they use
• Which CRM or workflow systems they prefer
• Any surplus-funds-specific platforms they have experience with

COMPENSATION
Compensation will be discussed individually based on experience and performance. This is a long-term position for the right expert.
