Now Hiring: Ecommerce Shopify Email Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a full-time Email Customer Support Representative to assist our Shopify store customers with inquiries, order issues, and general support. If you have experience with Shopify and Gorgias, a positive attitude, and a passion for learning, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Details:
Hours: 6-8 hours per day, 6-7 days a week

Responsibilities:

•? ?Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
•? ?Assist with order tracking, refunds, and product inquiries
•? ?Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
•? ?Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all interactions

Requirements:

•? ?Experience in email customer support (Shopify & Gorgias)
•? ?Strong written communication skills
•? ?Positive attitude, open to feedback, and eager to learn and grow
•? ?Ability to work independently and stay organized
•? ?Comfortable working with target KPIs
•? ??Able to work on fixed shift schedules
•? ?Reliable internet connection
