EXPERIENCED Cold Caller for Short Term Rentals

About Us:
We’re a short-term rental company looking for a reliable cold caller to reach out to landlords and property managers about leasing opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls using our script
-Explain our business model confidently and clearly
-Negotiate rent and lease terms
-Take notes and schedule follow-ups
-Research and identify new rental listings that meet our criteria

Requirements:
-MUST be able to know how to sell/negotiate
-Strong English and confident phone skills
-Cold calling experience REQUIRED
-Able to work during U.S. daytime hours
-Timeproof Required
-Good internet + quiet workspace
-Cannot have another job with the same schedule
