E-commerce Virtual Assistant

We are hiring an experienced E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of an apparel brand running on Shopify with a print-on-demand setup. You will be responsible for managing the store, handling product uploads in Printify, maintaining integrations, and coordinating with suppliers and fulfillment partners. We are looking for someone organized, dependable, and confident running the moving parts of an online store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Shopify store on a regular basis
- Manage the integration between Printify and Shopify and fix any sync issues
- Upload new product designs into Printify and publish them to the store
- Create complete product listings with titles, descriptions, images, and variants
- Help with product sourcing when adding new items to the catalog
- Communicate with suppliers and warehouses regarding logistics and shipping
- Track inventory and flag potential stock or fulfillment issues
- Support general store operations and suggest improvements where helpful

Mandatory Skills:
- Demonstrated experience operating Shopify stores
- Practical knowledge of Printify or similar print-on-demand platforms
- Solid understanding of how drop shipping and POD businesses work
- Experience managing Shopify apps and integrations
- Strong product listing experience with attention to detail
- Comfortable coordinating with suppliers and managing inventory
- Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Clear written communication skills

Preferred Skills:
- Previous work with apparel or fashion-related e-commerce stores
- Experience sourcing new products and vetting suppliers
- Familiarity with order fulfillment and shipping operations
- Basic eye for design to catch issues with mockups or product images
- Ability to juggle several tools and tasks at once
- Experience supporting growing or scaling e-commerce brands
