E-commerce Virtual Assistant – Social Media & Customer Support
(Part-Time | 25 hours per week | Female Candidates Preferred | Long-Term Stability)
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our growing business across multiple brands, including aesthetic cosmetics (hair loss & skincare), bodybuilding supplements, exclusive supplements, and fashion. The ideal candidate will have e-commerce experience and be comfortable handling customer support, order processing, and social media engagement.
Your Top Tasks: ? Customer Support & Order Processing
Engage with 20-40 customers per day across three brands.
Secure and process payment links efficiently.
Prepare and send client
Send Australian and international shipping labels via DHL.
? Marketing & Social Media Management
Assist in generating blog articles using AI (ChatGPT).
Download and repurpose videos from SnapTik.
Manage social media engagement and content posting – send content to the client.
Oversee SMS marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements:
E-commerce experience is required.
Female candidates preferred (as per company preference).
Available to work weekends (3 hours per day).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Interest in beauty, fitness, and lifestyle industries is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media tools.
