JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview

I’m seeking an E-commerce VA for Product Listings, SEO, Conversion Optimisation, and Lead Follow-Up to help me expand my online presence and drive sales across a few brands/websites I run.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listings: You’ll add, update, and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, images) for better visibility and sales.
SEO & Conversion Optimisation: You’ll use keyword research and SEO best practices to improve rankings and conversions.
Lead Follow-Up: You’ll engage with warm leads, provide timely responses, and help increase conversion rates.

Facebook
Marketplace Management: You’ll upload new products, refresh existing listings, and keep organised records.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2 Years of VA or E-commerce Experience: Ideally in product listings, SEO, or digital marketing.
Strong English Communication: Both written and spoken proficiency are required.
Basic Image Editing Skills: Comfortable doing simple tasks (cropping, resizing) in tools like Canva.
Organisational Expertise: Ability to use Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
Familiarity with SEO: Knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, and a willingness to learn more.
