What you’ll do:

* Customer support by email and chat; clear English, polite tone

* Order and shipment handling; labels, tracking, basic customs info

* Listing upkeep on Amazon, Etsy, eBay; light edits and checks

* Spot problems early, propose solutions, close the loop

Must have:

* Strong written and spoken English

* You triple-check details, you document what you do

* Tech savvy with Google Workspace; quick learner

* Proactive, pleasant to work with

* Music background is a plus; basic logistics is a plus

What we offer:

* Long term role, PH friendly hours,

* $4 to $5 per hour based on experience, 13th month bonus, raises for performance

* Training on our playbooks and real ownership as you grow
