- Create shipping labels, track parcels, handle customs issues
- Update listings on Amazon, Etsy, and eBay; verify accuracy
- Spot issues before they escalate; document fixes in Trello or Sheets


YOU ARE

- Detail obsessed; you triple check addresses, SKUs, and HS codes
- Tech savvy with Google Sheets and marketplace portals
- Friendly, reliable, proactive; comfortable making decisions
- Self starter
- Music background is a plus
