Key Responsibilities:
• Store Management & Optimization:
• Oversee and optimize our Shopify store, ensuring attractive, accurate product listings with compelling descriptions, strategic pricing, and high-quality images.
• Implement SEO best practices and continuous improvements across our e-commerce platforms.
• Order Processing & Inventory Coordination:
• Manage end-to-end order processing and inventory tracking to ensure timely fulfillment and stock availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to maintain a smooth operational workflow.
• Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand growth.
• Lead social media initiatives, including content creation, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships, with a focus on platforms like TikTok,
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor performance metrics across all digital channels and e-commerce platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Generate detailed reports to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis:
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences.
• Recommend and implement new tactics or platforms to ensure our business remains agile and competitive.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with creative, customer service, and external partners to ensure a cohesive brand experience and maximize operational efficiency.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are cost-efficient and deliver measurable results.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing e-commerce stores, with a strong focus on Shopify.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy, with a track record of successful online campaigns.
• Deep understanding of various e-commerce channels, including emerging platforms like TikTok,
• Proficient in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior experience in inventory management and order processing is a plus.
