About the role
We run multiple e-commerce stores and we're looking for a creative video editor who lives and breathes performance content. You won't just be cutting clips — you'll be producing scroll-stopping video ads and product visuals designed to convert on Meta
What you'll do
- Edit short-form video ads (UGC-style, product demos, testimonials) optimized for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms
- Produce and retouch product images and video assets for our store listings and ad campaigns
- Build multiple hooks, variations, and iterations of winning ads for A/B testing
- Use AI tools (image and video generation, voiceovers, upscaling) to speed up production and create assets we couldn't shoot otherwise
- Stay on top of current ad trends, hooks, and editing styles in the e-commerce space
What we're looking for
- Proven experience editing video ads for e-commerce brands (please share a portfolio or reel)
- Strong command of CapCut (and/or Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, or similar)
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads creative best practices — hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs
- A good eye for design: clean text overlays, motion, sound design, and brand consistency
- Reliable, communicative, and able to hit deadlines while juggling multiple briefs
- Fluent written and oral English
Nice to have
- Experience with product photography / image editing (Photoshop, Canva)
- Familiarity with Shopify and product listing visuals
- Understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop ratio)
