E-commerce Operations Manager (US Market) | Long-Term | Full-Time

About us

We are building multiple US direct-to-consumer health brands.

Our business includes:

* US e-commerce
* Subscription products
* Affiliate marketing
* Customer support
* Fulfillment
* Payment processing
* AI automation
* Business operations

We are looking for someone who wants much more than a Virtual Assistant role.

We are looking for someone who wants to become our Operations Manager and eventually help run the business.

This is a long-term position with opportunities to grow.

# What you'll do

You will become responsible for making sure projects move forward every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

## Operations

* Coordinate projects between different teams
* Follow up with contractors
* Track deadlines
* Organize documentation
* Maintain SOPs
* Improve internal processes
* Find bottlenecks and suggest solutions

---

## Communication

Communicate professionally in English with:

* US customers
* Fulfillment companies
* Manufacturers
* Payment providers
* Merchant account providers
* Affiliate networks
* Marketing agencies
* Vendors
* Software companies

You should feel comfortable scheduling meetings and participating in calls when necessary.

## Customer Support

Help with:

* refunds
* replacements
* order issues
* shipping questions
* subscription questions

---

## Research

Research and compare:

* suppliers
* fulfillment companies
* payment processors
* software
* competitors
* regulations
* new business opportunities

Create summaries with recommendations.

## Project Management

Manage multiple ongoing projects.

Track every task until completion.

Make sure nothing gets forgotten.

---

## AI

Use AI daily.

Examples:

* ChatGPT
* Claude
* Claude Code


We expect you to use AI to become more productive.

## Recruiting

Help recruit:

* freelancers
* designers
* developers
* customer support
* agencies

Conduct first interviews.

## Documentation

Create:

* SOPs
* checklists
* reports
* meeting summaries

## KPI Tracking

Track:

* project progress
* customer support metrics
* fulfillment performance
* deadlines
* recurring tasks
