E-commerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Shopify E-commerce Operations Manager to manage the complete day-to-day operations of our Shopify store. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online store management and be comfortable handling everything from customer support, order processing, invoice generation, returns and refunds, product uploads and updates, inventory management, collection setup, and website content maintenance to coordinating with suppliers and ensuring smooth store operations. The candidate should possess strong English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency with Shopify, Google Sheets, and basic business tools. Training will be provided on our processes and workflows, but the individual must be eager to learn, take ownership, solve problems independently, and help improve operational efficiency as the business grows.
