E-commerce Manager | Amazon Vendor Account Manager
Full-time (Remote)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly proactive E-commerce/Amazon Specialist to manage our Vendor Central account. The Amazon account manager will oversee the development and optimization of the company’s account to guarantee conversions and increase in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Amazon listings/product pages.
• Ensure the accuracy and optimization of product and brand information.
• Develop and manage the Amazon Vendor Central account and Sales.
• Help update pricing in Amazon and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and improve conversion on key products.
• Manage general e-commerce activities for online retailers.
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Review competitor items and develop strategies to compete effectively.
• Ensure that the sellers/customer’s needs are being met and enhance overall satisfaction.
• Track and analyze data and implement strategies to improve sales and boost visibility on Amazon.
• Collect, organize, create, and present data and reports as needed.


Qualifications:

• Extensive Amazon Vendor and Seller Central experience is required.
• Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in Amazon and other Ecommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM in relation to managing an Amazon Account
• Proven track record of driving fulfillment results in Amazon and other Ecommerce marketplaces.
• Experience with Amazon accounting and dispute practices related to chargebacks, shortages, price claims, and provisions.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, customer-centric service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple processes with a high level of quality and consistency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant tools in Amazon account management.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
