We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team!
Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience in e-commerce customer support
• Hands-on experience with Shopify
• Familiar with Gorgias, Commslayer, or similar tools
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to handle high ticket volume and multitask
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via
• Handle order-related concerns (tracking, refunds, returns, disputes)
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional resolutions
• Maintain high productivity (tickets per hour)
Bonus:
• Can provide recommendations or references from previous clients (a BIG plus!)
