Job Title: E-commerce Catalog Manager

About Bazic Products:
Bazic Products is a leading supplier of school and office supplies with a strong presence on Amazon and Walmart. We are expanding our e-commerce team to accelerate growth and improve catalog performance.

Role Overview:
The E-commerce Catalog Manager will oversee the product catalog across Amazon, Walmart, and other online marketplaces. This role focuses on ensuring accurate product data, optimized listings, and smooth catalog operations to maximize visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and manage product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces

Optimize titles, bullets, descriptions, and keywords for SEO and conversions

Upload, update, and maintain product images and A+ content

Troubleshoot catalog issues such as listing errors, suppressed products, and compliance problems

Track and report on product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth

Collaborate with operations and marketing to ensure accurate product data and promotions

Stay updated on marketplace policies to maintain compliance

Qualifications:

Experience managing e-commerce product catalogs (Amazon, Walmart experience required)

Strong understanding of marketplace SEO and listing optimization

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Ability to troubleshoot catalog and compliance issues quickly

Proficiency with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus

2+ years of relevant e-commerce experience (VA or specialist background acceptable)
