We operate three profitable E-commerce stores and are currently launching our fourth. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a highly experienced E-commerce Assistant Store Manager to handle day-to-day operations, support customers across multiple channels, and help keep our systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities
• Manage customer inquiries via phone,
• Handle RFQs, returns/exchanges, complaints, disputes, and negative reviews.
• Collect and maintain positive customer reviews and overall satisfaction.
• Support sales-related tasks and assist in improving store performance.
• Collaborate with the CS, Orders, and Product teams to share insights and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and contribute to SOP updates.
• Perform daily administrative tasks, including EOS reports and operational updates.
• Proactively manage assigned tasks without waiting for instructions.
What You Need to Succeed -
Required Experience:
• 2+ years in E-commerce operations (customer service + order management + product management).
• Proven Shopify experience (listings, inventory, bulk updates, app usage).
• Strong phone communication skills and ability to handle challenging conversations calmly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail (include the word mushroom in your application).
Technical Requirements:
• Proficiency in Shopify, ClickUp, Airtable, CRM tools, and Google Workspace.
• Reliable computer + 20 Mbps+ internet.
• Backup solutions for both power and internet outages.
Work Style:
• Self-directed - you take initiative and solve problems independently.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Customer-focused - complaints are opportunities to improve systems.
• Process-minded - you document and refine workflows naturally.
Work Schedule:
• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• US business hours: 9 PM–6 AM or 10 PM–7 AM PHT
• 1-hour break
• Five days per week
